Communication

Communication is very important in a work place environment. Everyone needs to be on the same page if the operations were to run smoothly. Every aspect of the operations depends one another. If one is lagging and it is not keeping up the pace with the rest of the team, then the whole team will be pulled down. What I have learned at work is that communication is very important. It is the key to success because everyone needs to know what's going on, otherwise one person can slow down an operation.
